摘要
对白僵菌、苏云金杆菌和松毛虫质型多角体病毒3种林用杀虫微生物油烟剂的配制技术、助悬剂筛选进行了研究,对初步配制成的3种油烟剂成烟性能、成烟后孢子活力进行了观察和测定。以松毛虫和松茸毒蛾为试虫进行了林间套笼毒力测定和林间小区毒力试验。结果表明:3种油烟剂对松毛虫和松茸毒蛾有较好的致死和感染效果,松毛虫质型多角体病毒油烟剂和常量喷雾水剂所至松茸毒蛾4龄幼虫死亡规律基本一致。
The compounding technology and the help suspend matter in the oil-smoke formulation of Beauverla bassiana, Bacillus thuringiensis and Dendrolimus Cytoplasmic Polyhedrosid Virus (DCPV) include were studied in the paper. The ability which becoming smoke and after determined the vitality, they became smoke of these three oil-smoke formulations were inspected. The determination on cage toxicity in forest and toxicity text in small district in forest were test on experiment inspects on Dendrolimus and Dasychira Axutha Collentte. The result of the test show that the three oil-smoke formulations can make high death and infection effect to Dendrolimus and Dasychira Axutha Collenette. The death law by the DCPV oil-smoke formulation and the water formulation made four years old Dasychira Axutha Collenette almost the same.
