自加热化学液相沉积法制备炭/炭-SiC复合材料及其抗氧化性能 被引量:2

Fabrication of C/C-SiC by Self-heat Chemical Liquid Deposition Method and Oxidation Resistance Property

摘要 以液态炭源为前驱体、炭毡为增强体,采用自加热化学液相法,以二次沉积法制备了炭/炭-SiC复合材料;考察了温度和氧化时间对该材料质量损失的影响。结果表明:炭/炭-SiC复合材料的抗氧化性能较炭/炭复合材料大幅度提高,质量损失率仅为炭/炭复合材料的15%~20%。 Adopting self-heat chemical liquid deposition (SHCLD) method, C/C-SiC composites were fabricated by twice-step deposition method with liquid hydrocarbon as precursor, carbon felt as porous performs. Effects of oxidation temperature and time to oxidation weight loss rates of different composites were investigated. The results show C/C-SiC composites has much more better oxidation resistance compared to C/C composites, and the weight loss of C/C-SiC composites is 15% -- 20% of C/C composites. By microstructure analysis of the two composites, oxidation mechanism is discussed.
