CCR7在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测CCR7在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中的表达,并分析其与肺癌临床病理参数间的关系,探讨CCR7在NSCLC淋巴结转移中的作用。方法选用65例NSCLC临床切除组织石蜡标本,以免疫组化SP法检测CCR7蛋白的表达。结果65例肺癌组织中,CCR7阳性表达37例,阳性率为56.9%(37/65),且其表达与淋巴结转移存在非常显著相关性(P<0.01)。结论CCR7在NSCLC组织中高表达,且其表达与NSCLC淋巴结转移密切相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of CCR7 in NSCLC and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters, and to explore the role of CCR7 in NSCLC lymph node metastasis. Methods IHC was used to detect the expression of CCR7 in 65 patients with NSCLC. Results 56.9%(37/65) NSCLC specimens were found CCR7 positive,and its expression was positively re lated with lymph node metastasis(P〈0.01). Conclusion CCR7 is highly expressed in NSCLC,and a close correlation is found between CCR7 expression and lymph node metastasis.
