西酞普兰联合阿立哌唑治疗抑郁症对照研究

A control study of citalopram combined with aripiprazole in depression

目的探讨西酞普兰联合阿立哌唑治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法将61例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,均给予西酞普兰治疗,研究组联合阿立哌唑治疗,观察8w。于治疗前及治疗第1w、2w、4w、6w、8w末采用汉密顿抑郁量表、临床疗效总评量表、副反应量表评定临床疗效和不良反应。结果研究组治疗5d～19d显效,对照组13d～31d显效,两组比较有显著性差异(t=2.25,P<0.05);汉密顿抑郁量表评分研究组治疗1w末起,对照组2w末起较治疗前有极显著性下降(P<0.01),且随治疗时间的延续均呈持续性下降;研究组治疗1w、2w、4w、6w末较对照组下降显著(P均<0.05),治疗8w末无显著性差异(P均>0.05);临床疗效总评量表评分,治疗8w末两组均较治疗前有极显著性下降(P均<0.01);两组不良反应均轻微。结论西酞普兰联合小剂量阿立哌唑治疗抑郁症疗效显著,起效快,安全性高,依从性好。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of citalopram combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of depression. Methods Sixty one depressive patients were randomly assigned to research receiving citalopram combined with aripiprazole and control group doing citalopram for 8 weeks,clinical efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） and the Clinical Global Impression （CGI） and adverse effects with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS） before treatment and at the ends of the lst,2nd,4th,6th and 8th week treatment. Results The research group took effects within 5 -9 days and the control did 13- 31 days, which showed significant difference（P〈0.05）;compared with pretreatment,the HAMD score lowered very more significxantly in the research since the end of the 1st week and in the control since the 2nd（P〈0.01）, and continously did along with treatment lasting;at the ends of the 1 st,2 nd,4 th and 6th week the control lowered more significantly than the research did（P〈 0. 05） ,at the end of the 8th week there was no differnce between the 2 groups（P〈0.05） ;the CGI scores of both groups lowered very more significantly at the end of the 8th week compared with pretreatment（P〈 0. 01）. Adverse effects of both groups were milder. Conclusion Citalopram combined with small-dose aripiprazole takes effects faster and has moer signficant efficacy, higher safety and better compliance in the treatment of depression.
