论译语文化对翻译活动的规范

Target Cultures Normalizing Translation Activities

翻译是一种语言活动和思维活动,也是一种社会活动和跨文化交际活动。翻译中各项活动,如文本的选择、策略的运用、译作的推出等,无一不受到社会、文化等外部因素的制约和规范。本文借助图里的描述性翻译研究理论,以胡适的诗歌翻译为例,探讨译语文化对翻译活动的规范情形。

Translation is not an activity of languages and thoughts, but also a social and cultural activities. All the activities in translation such as the selection of text, the transition and translating strategy and the issue of translation are manipulated and normalized by such outer elements. Under the guidance of Gedeon Toury＇s descriptive translation theory, this article, HuShi＇ s poetry translation as an example, tries to discuss the translation activities normalized by target culture.
