摘要 目的:分析多棘蜈蚣(ScolopendramultidensNewport)的化学成分,并与药典收载品少棘蜈蚣(S.mutilansL.Koch)比较。方法:采用溶媒提取法测定总脂,气相色谱质谱计算机检测脂肪酸,微量凯氏定氮法测定蛋白质,离子交换色谱测定游离氨基酸,电感耦合离子发射光谱测定微量元素。结果:多棘蜈蚣含总脂7.2%,蛋白质64.6%,游离氨基酸6.3%;含有与少棘蜈蚣相同的15种脂肪酸(其中不饱和脂肪酸占72%)、21种氨基酸和12种微量元素。结论:多棘蜈蚣与少棘蜈蚣主要化学成分类同,某些成分含量存在差异,是一种值得开发利用的药用蜈蚣资源。 OBJECTIVE: To analyse chemical composition of Scolopendra multidens Newport and compare it with S. mutilans L. Koch. METHODS: Lipid was determined by solvent extraction. GC MS DS system was used to analyse fat acids. The total protein was determined by the method provided by Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Appendix IX L.). Ion exchange chromatography was used for the analysis of free amino acids. ICP AES was used for the analysis of trace elements. RESULTS: The lipid content was 7.2%, protein was 64.6%, and total free amino acid was 6.3%. S. multidens contained the same fifteen fat acids (the content of unsaturated fat acids was nearly 72% in its fat acids), twenty one amino acids and twelve trace elements as S. mutilans had. CONCLUSION: S. multidens and S. mutilans have the same main chemcal composition. The contents of some compositions are different. S. multidens is worth exploiting as the nature resources of medicinal centepede.
