磷酸苯丙哌林β-环糊精包合物的性质及制剂开发

Some properties and preparations of benproperine phosphate cyclodextrin inclusion compound

目的：制备磷酸苯丙哌林环糊精包合物（ＢＣＤＩＣ），消除粘膜麻木副作用，开发新制剂。方法：用化学法和ＤＴＡ，Ｘ射线衍射及ＵＶ，ＩＲ，１ＨＮＭＲ谱研究包合物的性质。结果：证实并确认形成了包合物。结论：其制剂消除了粘膜麻木副作用，已开发了颗粒剂，为继续开发新剂型创造了条件。

OBJECTIVES: To develop a distinctive method for preparing inclusion compound of benproperine phosphate (Benp) with β cyclodextrin (BCDIC) so as to dispel drug's anesthetic effect on the oral mucous membrane and prepare new preparations. METHODS: We studied the properties of BCDIC by chemical and DTA, X Ray, UV, IR, 1 H NMR analyses. RESULTS: BCDIC was confirmed as an inclusion compound. CONCLUSION: BCDIC can dispel Benp's anesthetic effect on the oral mucous membrane. Its granules were developed and other new forms of BCDIC are being studied.
