圆板式橡胶支座抗压试验与应力分析

摘要 对圆板式橡胶支座做了抗压试验和橡胶硬度测试试验,在试验的基础上根据橡胶材料特性和橡胶支座行为特征基本理论,采用通用有限元软件对圆板式橡胶支座的典型代表试件建立FEA模型,并应用线性分析方法对橡胶支座在轴心均布加载工况进行应力分析,结合支座抗压试验变形数据和支座内部应力分布规律说明该FEA模型是基本正确的,同时可以看出在支座内部存在着应力分布不均匀的现象,还说明了圆板式橡胶支座圆周橡胶保护层具有减小支座内部剪应力的作用。 The paper makes the compression test of plate - type rubber pad bearing and rubber hardness testing, On the basis of test and in terms of basic theories for rubber material property and behavior characteristics of rubber pad bearing, the paper establishes FEA Model for typical sample of plate - type rubber pad bearing with current definite element software and conducts analysis of rubber pad bearing' s stress for behavior of homogeneous loading on axis of it. The deformation data obtaining from compression test of pad bearing and the distribution law of pad bearing' s internal stress explain the FEA Model is basically correct. At the same time it can be seen that unequal distribution of stress inside pad bearing exists. It' s still explained that the rubber protection course on circumference of rubber pad bearing has the function which reduces the shear stress inside pad bearing.
