摘要
目的:探索准确而简便地测定盐酸洛美沙星葡萄糖注射液的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,用硅胶柱,以十二烷基硫酸钠磷酸二氢钾混合溶液甲醇(60∶40)为流动相,在波长287nm处进行检测。结果:在5.55~111.00μg·ml-1的浓度范围具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率99.59%(n=5),RSD=0.54%。结论:本法适用于成品检验及杂质或降解产物的检查。
OBJECTIVE: To find a precise, simple and convenient method for concentration determination of lomefloxacin hydrochloride and glucose injection. METHOD: A HPLC method was chromatographed on silica columns with a mobile phase of a mixture solution of sodium dodecyl sulphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate methanol(60∶40) with detection at wave length 287 nm. RESULTS: The linear range was 5.55~111.00 μg·ml -1 , the average recovery 99.59%, and RSD 0.54%(n=5). CONCLUSION: The method can be used to determine finished product and impurity.
