九例少见的炎性肠病肠外表现分析

Analysis of 9 cases of rare extraintestinal manifestations of inflammatory bowel disease

目的分析炎性肠病少见的肠外表现的特点。方法对近5年北京协和医院和中日友好医院住院病历中符合炎性肠病的患者进行回顾性分析。结果共有9例(2.6%)少见的肠外表现,累及皮肤、眼、肺、神经系统、骨骼及血液系统,其中支气管扩张、转移性克罗恩病、格林巴利综合征、多发性硬化症、股骨头无菌性坏死及骨髓增生异常综合征国外有类似报道,而角膜溃疡、多发性动脉炎及肺组织细胞增多症目前未见报道。结论炎性肠病的少见肠外表现的发现对于提示其发病机制有一定意义。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of rare extraintestinal manifestations of inflammatory bowel disease. Methods All the patients diagnosed as IBD in Peking Union Medical College Hospital and China-Japan Friendship Hospital from 2000 to the present, were retrospectively analysed. Results Altogether there were 9 cases （2.6%） of rare extraintestinal manifestations. Among which bronchiectasis, metastatic Crohn＇s disease, Guillain-Barre syndrome, multiple sclerosis, aseptic necrosis and myelodysplastic syndrome had been reported, while corneal ulcer, giant arteritis and pulmonary histiocytosis were not seen formally yet. Conclusion The occurrence of rare extraintestinal manifestations might help in the understanding of the etiology and mechanism of IBD.
