摘要
为了提高科技期刊的质量和影响力,应对作者、审稿人、编辑和读者采取激励机制。根据他们各自的需要和所处的不同环境,选择不同的激励方式,充分调动他们的积极性、主动性和创造性。
Based on Maslow' s needing theory it is proposed that authors, reviewers, editors as well as readers should be included in the incentive mechanism for a periodical to be successful. Distinguished incentive measures should be adopted for each group according to their special needs so that they can make their best contributions to improve the quality and impact of the periodical.
