摘要
在自主开发的过冷水制冰试验台上,对不同蒸发温度和水流量下的运行情况进行了分组试验。分析了不同因素对系统稳定运行、过冷水产生和制冰效果的影响,并从机理上分析了试验现象。试验结果表明,自来水较纯水更易发生管内冻结,蒸发温度与流速对管内冻结有较大影响。
With a designed supercooled-water ice making system test-bed, carries out grouping experiments for different evaporating temperatures and water flow rates. Analyses the influence factors of the system stable running, supercooled water formation and ice generating effect, and gives explanations on their mechanism. Concludes that tap water is easier to freeze compared with pure water, and evaporating temperature and water flow rate have greater impact on freeze in pipe.
