摘要
本文通过对６２例肾综合征出血热患者的肝功检测，发现５０例（８０．７％）有不同程度的肝功改变。主要是单项谷丙转氨酶（ＡＬＴ）的轻、中度升高。部分伴有血清总胆红素（ＴＢＩＬ）的升高及血清白蛋白降低。结果显示出血热患者可以合并肝损害，且损害愈重，预后愈差。
We studied the liver functions in 62 cases of patients with hemorrhage fever with renal syndrome and found the livers in 50 cases(80 7%) were more or less damaged.The magor changes of liver functions include the slight rising of ALT.In some cases,TBIL in serum increased and albumin decreased.The result show that the liver damages have a great influnce on the recoverry of the patients.the more serious the liver damages is,the worse the patient’s recovery will be.
