牛磺酸对糖尿病大鼠心肌组织肾素-血管紧张素系统的抑制作用 被引量:13

INHIBITORY EFFECT OF TAURINE ON RENIN ANGIOTENSIN SYSTEM OF MYOCARDIUM IN DIABETIC RATS

摘要 为探讨牛磺酸对糖尿病的治疗作用,在链脲佐菌素所致糖尿病大鼠模型中观察了大鼠心肌组织肾素血管紧张素系统(RAS)的变化以及牛磺酸的治疗作用。结果表明,糖尿病大鼠较正常大鼠心肌组织RA,ACE活性显著升高(P<0.01),ATI和ATII含量均明显增加(P<0.01)。牛磺酸治疗组大鼠较未治疗组大鼠上述各项指标均有不同程度的降低,其中ACE活性和ATI,ATII含量的改变差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01),RA改变差异无显著性。提示:心肌组织RAS功能亢进参与糖尿病性心肌病发病过程。牛磺酸抑制心肌组织RAS功能对减轻糖尿病心肌损害具有一定的临床治疗意义。 The change of renin angiotensin system(RAS) in myocardium and the therapeutic effect of taurine were observed in streptozotocine induced diabetic rats. The results showed that the activity of myocardial renin angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) in diabetic rats was significantly higher than normal control ones(P< 0.01).The contents of AT I and AT II were both dramatically elevated(P<0.01).The levels of above indexes were decreased in taurine treated diabetic rats, in which the activity of ACE and the contents of AT I and AT II decreased markedly(P<0.05, P<0.01),while the change of RA was not significant(P>0.05). The results indicate that taurine can inhibit the hyperfunction of myocardial RAS, which participates in the process of diabetic cardiomyopathy, and can thus reduce the pathological damage of myocardium in diabetes.
