眼球破裂伤硅油填充重建眼球

Silicone oil injection for reconstruction of traumatic eyeball rupture

采用玻璃体手术及硅油限内填充治疗31例外伤性眼球萎缩均为视网膜脱离患者。术后20例视网膜复位（64．5％），21例视力进步，20例眼球萎缩得到控制，11例萎缩眼球维持外形。本组病例说明，眼球穿通伤初期修复，硅油填充时间选择，术中瘢痕松解，放液彻底，硅油充满是眼球重建成功的关键因素。

Vitrectomy and silicone oil injection were performed for treatment of 31 patients with traumatized atrophy of the eyeball with retinal detachmant. Postoperatively, the retina was reattached in 20 cases (64.5%) and the visual acuity was improved in 21 cases.The atrophy of the eye-ball was controlled in 20 cases and maintained in 11 cases.The results indicated that proper timing for surgery scar relaxation and full tamponade with silicon oil were key points of the success.
