摘要
我国图书馆人力资源管理面临四大困境:一是引入竞争机制与人事制度僵化之间的矛盾;二是图书馆员的角色定位与馆员素质低下的偏差;三是图书馆的社会职能与馆员的社会地位之间的落差;四是"以人为本"理念与"重物轻人"做法上的错位。要摆脱困境,必须从源头上找出原因,并寻找相应的突破口。
There were four kinds of predicament facing the human resources management in our country, firstly, the contradiction between the inducted competitive mechanism and the rigid personnel institution; secondly, the disparity between the role orientation of librarian and the low quality of librarian; thirdly, the gap between the social function of library and the librarian's social status; fourthly, the disorder between the idea of human-oriented and the behavior of "attaching importance to thing while despising human". To get rid of the predicament, we must find out reasons from source and search corresponding breakthrough gap.
