摘要
针对国产化汽车后视镜调整不到位和汽车在中高速或恶劣路况行驶中后视镜的抖动问题,阐述了后视镜设计法规中有关要求,并对后视镜设计原理进行了分析,找到了两例问题存在的原因。提出更改后视镜片翻转限位模具和返修后视镜偏转限位长度措施,解决了后视镜调整不到位的问题;提出减小后视镜转动结构与底座配合间隙和增加润滑脂粘度措施,解决了后视镜的抖动问题。
Aiming at the problems of adjusting and vibration in middle and high speed or in bad road conditions for rear-view mirror in localized vehicle,this paper presented some related demands in rear-view mirror design regulations, and analyzed the design principle of rear-view mirror and found the reason of the two problems.The adjusting problem were solved by modifying reversal spacing mould of rear-view mirror and repairing rear-view mirror deflection spacing length,and the vibration problem were solved by reducing the fit clearance between rear-view mirror rotary structure and base, increasing grease viscidity.
