摘要
直流电机电刷短路整流片引起电枢电阻和磁链减小,这对运行于零或极低速的电机影响尤为严重。提出了一种比较简便的计算短路系数平均值的方法,将电机参数适当解耦,建立参数化程度较高的数学模型,便于把计算公式化。给出了最常见的1对和2对电刷情况下的数据,可供直流电机电磁计算时使用。
The reduction in the armature resistance and flux linkage caused by short circuit between the brushes and the commutator segments of DC machines was especially meaningful when the machine was running at zero or extremely low speed. A simple computational method for short circuit coefficient was introduced, and decoupling motor parameter to build a mathematical model, which was easy for computing. It given out the common data for one and two pairs brushes, which was provided for magnet computation of DC motor.
