摘要
内皮素(ET)是目前发现的最强的缩血管物质,它同时具有强烈的缩气管效应。为了研究ET在支气管哮喘发病中的作用,采用雾化吸入卵蛋白复制豚鼠哮喘模型,发现哮喘组发作期支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)和血浆中ET均明显高于对照组[(224.836±135.670,113.653±71.048)ng/L,P<0.01]和[(96.850±27.019,21.237±7.620)ng/L,P<0.01],且气道上皮细胞明显损伤,并出现嗜酸性细胞浸润和嗜酸性细胞脱颗粒。在用地塞米松治疗后,哮喘发作期豚鼠BALF和血浆中ET均明显降低[(44.513±9.528,21.152±6.616)ng/L,P<0.001;(96.850±27.019,33.588±6.250)ng/L,P<0.01],而气道炎症也明显改善。结果提示ET可能在支气管哮喘的发生和发展过程中起一定的作用。
Endothelin (ET) is the strongest vasocontrictor so far discovered It also has a strong effect on the bronchial smooth muscles In order to evaluate the potential role of ET in the pathogenesis of asthma,asthmatic guinea pig models were induced by ovalbumin aerosol inhalation The levels of ET in the bronchialaveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and in the plasma were measured The levels of ET in BALF and plasma were significantly higher in asthma group than those of the control group [(224 836±135 670 versus 113 653±71 048)ng/L, P <0 01],and [(96 850±27 019 versus 21 237±7 620)ng/L, P <0 001].Also,eosinophils degranulation and infiltration and the lesions of the respiratory tract were marked in the asthma group After dexamethason administration ET levels in both BALF and plasma decreased significantly [from (44 513±9 528 to 31 152±6 616)ng/L, P <0 001;and from (96 850±27 019 to 33 588±6 250)ng/L, P <0 01] Furthermore,the lesions of respiratory tract were markedly ameliorated These results suggest that ET may play a role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma
