摘要
根据乳化炸药的配方原理,结合爆轰法制备纳米氧化物颗粒的实践,提出一种用于爆轰合成纳米氧化物颗粒的乳化炸药的设计思路,制备了含有大量Fe和Mn两种元素的新型乳化炸药。并采用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)对该炸药的爆轰产物进行了表征和检测。结果表明,该乳化炸药成功地爆轰合成了具有立方面心尖晶石结构的球形纳米MnFe2O4颗粒。爆轰产物经过280℃热处理1 h后,得到了纯净的纳米MnFe2O4颗粒。
A new type emulsion explosive containing plenty of Fe and Mn elements was prepared for synthesis of nano-MnFe2O4 powders by detonation method. The collected detonation products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results indicate that spherical nano-MnFe2O4 powders with spinel structure were successfully synthesized by detonation of this kind of emulsion explosive, and that the impurities could be removed after the products are treated at 280 ℃ for 1 h.
