摘要
通过对尼龙66一步法纺丝生产工艺的控制,如纺丝箱温度、纺丝组件、侧吹风、上油装置及上油率的优化选择,探索出最佳的纺丝工艺,提高了尼龙66低旦丝的染色均匀性。
By controlling one-step spinning process of PA66 filament and selecting optimum spinbeam temperature, spin pack, cross air blow, spin finish application unit and oiling rate, the dyeing uniformity of low denier PA66 filament was improved.
