摘要
介绍了L-苏氨酸的理化性质、用途、生产方法,重点介绍了发酵法生产L-苏氨酸的生产现状.依据代谢调控理论综述了L-苏氨酸生物合成调控机制及研究实例,并对L-苏氨酸市场前景进行了展望.
The physicochemical properties, utilization and production of L - threonine were introduced. The production methods, especially microbial fermentation method, were discussed. Based on development of international and domestic studies, the L- threonine biosynthesis examples and metabolic regulation mechanism were introduced. Moreover, the market perspective of L - threonine was prospected.
