摘要
利用安装在直角坐标机械手上的激光传感器采集船体外板表面各条肋骨一系列离散点的三维坐标,由此逆向回归出整个外板曲面;基于空间坐标转换及误差分析理论,对比理论肋骨型线,分别对加工后外板的横、纵向成形及扭曲进行计算和判别,并作为未成形板材二次加工的控制依据。
A method was put forth to measure and generate the hull shell plate automatically, in which the laser sensor fixed on the rectangular coordinate mechanical arm was used to collect 3-dimentional coordinates on a series of discrete points located on each frame on the surface, so that the whole surface of the plate can be simulated by inverse regression method. Based on space coordinate conversion and error analysis theory, and compared the test results with the theoretical spline curve of ribs, both transverse and longitudinal forming, as well as the distortion of the processed hull shell plate can be computed and analyzed, in order to get the referenced information for the processing hull shell plate in secondary process,
