摘要
对22例新生儿黄疸患儿同步监测血中碳氧血红蛋白、血氧饱和度及胆红素浓度。发现随胆红素浓度增加,血中碳氧血红蛋白同时增加,两者呈线性正相关(P<0.05)。胆红素>342μmol/L组患儿的血氧饱和度低于胆红素<205.2μmol/L(P<0.05)。本研究证实监测血中碳氧血红蛋白可准确反映出胆红素分解代谢。
Serum bilirubin,carboxyhemoglobin(COHB) and oxygen saturation were simultaneously determined in 22 jaundiced term babies The results demonstrated a positive linear relationship between serum TB and COHB Also,the oxygen saturation of the babies whose TB>342 μmol/L was significantly lower that those whose TB<205 2 μmol/L( P <0 05)。This study showed that the determination of serum COHB can accurately reflect the catabolism of bilirubin
