个体特征对员工创造性的影响研究综述 被引量:3

摘要 基于5个个体特征——人格特征、认知风格、内在动机、知识、自我效能和角色认同,对影响员工创造性的实证研究论文进行了综述与分析,提出人与环境交互作用的视角是进一步研究的基本指导原则。
