摘要
胰腺癌是一种恶性程度极高的肿瘤，年发病率与年病死率几乎相等，5年生存率低于5％，在诊断为胰腺癌的患者中，仅20％具有治愈性切除的可能，且主要限于Ⅰ～ⅡB期胰腺癌患者。胰腺癌根治术创伤大，术后并发症的发生率和病死率高，因此，晚期肿瘤或胰外有侵犯的胰腺癌患者应避免手术。如何把少数能从手术获益的患者与手术无益的患者区分开来是胰腺癌治疗中的重要问题之一，这就是胰腺癌术前正确分期的必要性所在。
