Smad4在胰腺癌发病机制中的研究进展

摘要
Smad4基因是一个新发现的胰腺癌候选抑癌基因,其编码的蛋白质在TGF—口信号转导过程中起着重要的作用。近年来,随着分子生物学的研究进展,Smad4基因在胰腺癌发病机制中的作用受到人们的广泛关注。
