摘要
目的探讨前部牙弓形态对牙弓深度的可能影响。方法把牙弓弓形分为圆形、椭圆形、抛物线形、双曲线形、悬链形5种形态,建立数学模型,编程计算在尖牙间宽度、前牙弓弧长一定时,不同弓形的上下前牙弓的深度差值是否有差异。结果采用不同形态的前部牙弓计算所得上下前牙弓之间深度的差值是不同的。牙弓深度的差值按从大到小的顺序排列为:椭圆形、圆形、抛物线形、悬链形、双曲线形。结论采用不同形态的前部弓形将在一定程度上影响最终的关系。
Objective To investigate the possible influence of the form of anterior dental arch on its dept. Methods The arch forms were divided into five categories, i. e. , round, oval, parabola, hyperbola, and catenuliform. A mathematic model was established to calculate the difference of the dept of various anterior upper and lower dental arch when the width between canine teeth and the length of dental arch were fixed. Results The difference values calculated were various with the arch form, the sequence was oval, round, parabola, catenuliform, and hyperbola from big difference to small. Conclusion Different arch form will finally affect the occlusion in certain extent.
