针对悬链式交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆生产线在生产运行过程中,绝缘线芯在悬链管中的位置产生周期性抖动的现象,分析其产生抖动的主要原因,并通过对工装及设备进行改进,达到抑制绝缘线芯周期性抖动的目的。

The main factors responsible for the periodic fluctuation of the insulated conductor in the catenary pipe of an XLPE power cable production line were investigated. By improving the performance of the tooling and equipment, this periodic fluctuation of the insulated conductor is prohibited.
