含缺陷海底管线安全评定系统研究

摘要 针对海底管线可能存在的缺陷类型,考虑缺陷尺寸、工况载荷、断裂韧度和力学强度等参数,基于权威评定规范,应用面向对象的编程语言VB开发了含缺陷海底管线安全评定系统分析软件。介绍了该系统的基本模块及功能特点。应用该系统对胜利埕岛油田某海底管线的2个检测缺陷进行了评定分析。结果表明,评定系统能够进行海底管线各类缺陷的安全分析计算,并将结果绘成失效评定图,给出可视化评定结论,为海底管线安全评定及管理提供了科学方法。 Considering the size of defects,loads and material performance parameters and combining with operation condition,the safety assessment analysis system for submarine pipeline is developed with the use of VB to assess submarine pipeline containing flaws.The composition and analysis function of the system are introduced.The safety assessment of a submarine pipeline in Chengdao Oilfield is studied with this system.The analysis of example demonstrates that the software can analyze various flaws of submarine pipeline,draw failure assessment diagram and give the visualization results.It can provide a scientific method for safety assessment and management of submarine pipeline containing defects.
