摘要
套管强度余量的研究,为经济、可靠地设计管柱提供了有力参考。为此,通过对近几年国产套管实物试验数据的统计,采用与API套管强度额定值相比较的方法,反映了套管实物存在强度余量。统计检验分析表明,国内主要套管生产厂的API套管强度性能趋于稳定并达到较高水平,存在高于API额定值的强度余量。对套管实物强度余量与API额定值强度比差的正态分布做了比较,分析了套管强度余量的主要影响因素——钢级和壁厚,为合理选择套管并发挥强度余量提供了依据。采用套管强度余量设计管柱时,应对该批套管进行全面的实物试验评价。
The casing occupies the important position in the petroleum industry.The research of casing strength margin provides powerful aid for the economical reliable design of casing string.In this paper,the full scale experiment data are stated and compared with API nominal value to ascertain actual casing strength margin.The higher API nominal value stable strength margin existence and domestic main factory production attaining higher level are known by analyzing casing strength margin with statistical test method.The casing strength margin's key factors-grade and wall are analyzed by comparison of casing strength margin and API nominal value with normal distribution for optimal selection to make the best use of casing strength margin.By successful case,the casing string design uses it with all round full scale test evaluation of casing.
