固井作业用LC5220THJ型混浆车

Development of LC5220THJ type cement-mixing truck for cementing operation.

研制的LC5220THJ型混浆车是一种提高固井质量的新型设备。它以东风EQ1230VJ6二类底盘车为载体,装有构架、搅拌罐、液压系统、清洗水箱及输入、输出管线等部件,具有存储、搅拌、输入及输出水泥浆的功能。固井时,固井水泥车将混合好的水泥浆打入混浆车的搅拌罐内,进行连续搅拌,延长凝固时间。在需要水泥浆入井时,由罐底的离心泵快速输送给水泥车,加压后打入井下,顶替注水泥井段井壁与套管柱之间环空内的钻井液,显著提高水泥环胶结质量,平均每次作业可减少材料费用约1万元。

The LC5220THJ type cement-mixing truck is one of the new equipments which improves the cementing quality.Using the Dongfeng EQ1230VJ6 type II chassis as its carrier,it is equipped with shelf,stirring tank,hydraulic system,water tank,in-out line and other assemblies.And it features storing,stirring and cement slurry input and output.While cementing,the mixed cement slurry is pumped into the stirring tank of the cement-mixing truck by the cement truck for continuous stirring in order to prolong the solidification time.When it is needed to be pumped into the well,the cement slurry is rapidly conveyed to the cement truck by the centrifugal pump at the bottom of the tank,then pumped into the well after pressurized for displacing the drilling fluid inside the annulus between the cementing well interval wall and the casing string.Thus,the cementation quality of the cement sheath is increased significantly.The material cost can be decreased by about 10,000 yuan at each operation.
