胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ在人股动脉粥样斑块中的表达

Expression and Distribution of Insulin-like Growth Factor-I in Arteriosclerosis Plaque of Human Femoral Artery

目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ在动脉粥样硬化斑块中的表达及分布特点。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术测定31例人体股动脉粥样斑块中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ的表达。结果:闭塞性动脉硬化症患者股动脉动脉粥样斑块中胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ呈强阳性表达,且主要分布在平滑肌细胞密集的部位。而正常人动脉壁中胰岛素样生长因子仅在中膜有微量表达。结论:说明胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ在动脉粥样斑块中的表达增高与AS及ASO的发生密切相关。

To investigate the expression and distribution of insulin like growth fatctor-I （ⅠGF-Ⅰ） in arteriosclerosis（AS） plaque of arteriosclerosis obliterans（ASO） cases Methods The protein level and area of IGF-1 in AS plaque and normal human artery were studied by means of immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of IGF-Ⅰ has a high level in AS plaque and mainly distributed in the area where there were plenty of vascular smooth muscle cells, in contrast the expression of IGF-Ⅰ was very low in normal arterial walls. Conclusion The higher level expression of IGF-Ⅰ was related to the pathogenesis of AS and ASO.
