摘要
采用正交试验法,研究了超声波强度、助剂La2O3和CeO2含量以及煅烧温度4个因素对浸渍法制备的Ni/γ-Al2O3催化剂用于苯-CO2裂解时的积炭量的影响.试验结果表明:对积炭量的影响从大到小的顺序为煅烧温度、超声辐射强度、CeO2含量、La2O3含量.在设定试验条件下,当煅烧温度为550℃,在120 W的超声辐射条件下,添加质量分数为3%的CeO2和质量分数为2%的La2O3为助剂时,制备的催化剂积炭量最低.
The influences of the ultrasonic power output,the contents of promoters La2O3 and CeO2,and calcination temperature on the coking amount of Ni/γ-Al2O3 catalyst prepared by impregnation,which was used in benzene-CO2 cracking reaction,were investigated by orthogonal test method.The results indicate that the influence order from big to small of above four factors is calcination temperature,ultrasonic power output,CeO2 content,La2O3 content.The coking amount of the catalyst is lowest when the calcination temperature is 550 ℃,the ultrasonic power output is 120W,the catalysts is doped with 3 % CeO2 and 2 % La2O3 acting as promoters,respectively.
