脑脊液中肿瘤坏死因子α、β_2微球蛋白和铁蛋白对中枢神经系统白血病诊断的意义 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨脑脊液中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、β2微球蛋白(β2M)和铁蛋白(F)对于中枢神经系统白血病(CNSL)诊断的意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附和放射免疫方法检测CNSL组,无CNSL组和对照组脑脊液中TNF-α、β2M和F的变化。结果CNSL组脑脊液中TNF-α、β2M和F均高于无CNSL组和对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05))。TNF-α、β2M和F联合检测CNSL的约登指数均高于单一指标检测CNSL。结论脑脊液中TNF-α、β2M和F在CNSL的诊断中有重要意义,提示其联合检测可以早期诊断CNSL。 Objective To observe the roles of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α), beta-2 microglobulin(β2M) and ferritin(F) in diagnosis of central nervous system leukemia(CNSL). Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and radioimmunity were used to detect TNF-α,β2M and F in cerebrospinal fluid of CNSL, no CNSL and normal. Results In cerebrospinal fluid, TNF-α,β2M and F of CNSL were higher than that of no CNSL and normal(P〈0.05). To detect CNSL, Youden index of combined TNF-α,β2M and F were higher than that of a single one. Conclusion TNF-α,β2M and F in cerebrospinal fluid play an important role of in diagnosis of CNSL. Combined TNF-α,β2M and F may be used to diagnose CNSL in earlier period.
