慢性焦虑症患者的生活事件和防御方式

Role of life event and defense style in occurrence of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)

目的探讨生活事件、防御方式与慢性焦虑症发生的关系。方法利用生活事件量表(LES)和防御方式问卷(DSG)对55例慢性焦虑症患者进行测试,以51名正常人作为对照。结果慢性焦虑症组的生活事件负性刺激量和总刺激量评分较高,防御方式不成熟得分较高,中间型防御方式得分5项较高,2项较低,与对照组差异非常显著。结论慢性焦虑症的发生与负性生活事件,防御方式不成熟及一些中间型防御方式不恰当使用密切相关。

Objective To explore the relationships among the occurrence of generalized anxiety disorder and the aspects of life event and defense style.Methods 55 patients with generalized anxiety disorder and 51 normal controls were tested with life event scale （LES） and defense style questionnaire （DSG）.Results In the qeneralizd anxiety disorder group,the negative stimulative score and total stimulative score of LES were higher.The scores of immature defense styles and neurotic defense styles in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion The occurencce of generalized anxiety disorder is closely related with negative life events and immature defense styles.
