摘要
基于尼群地平在碱性条件下对铁氰化钾鲁米诺化学发光体系有较强的抑制作用,联用流动注射技术建立了测定尼群地平的新方法。本法的线形范围为0.1~100.0μg/mL,检出限0.02μg/mL,此法用于尼群地平片剂含量测量和药典法对照结果满意。
It was found that Chemiluminescence(CL) emitting from the Reaction of luminol with potassium hexacyanoferrate(Ⅲ) in alkaline Solution could be strongly suppressed by nitrendipine. Based on this phenomenon , a new flow injection CL method for the determination of nitrendipine was proposed. The linear relationship between the intensity of CL decreased and the concentration of nitrendipine was in the range of 0.1 - 100 mg/L with a detection limit of 0.02 mg/L(3σ) . The relative standard deviation( n = 11 ) was 3.2% for 10 mg/L nitrendipine.
