摘要
基于循环经济与资源节约型工业建设理论,研究了昆明市发展资源节约型工业的必要性及重要性,并阐明了对策。
This article studies the necessity and importance of Kunming＇s resource - saving industry and expounds its countermeasure based on the theory of cyclic economy and resource - saving industry construction.
