Treatment of 130 cases of tongue carcinoma with radical neck dissection

总结了１３０例舌癌颈廓清根治术在舌癌综合治疗中的应用。全部病例进行了术前辅助化疗，然后施行颈廓清根治术。其中６４例全颈廓清，１２例双侧颈上廓清，５４例１侧颈上廓清。手术成功率为９９．２％，５ａ生存率为６１．５％。结果提示，预防性（选择性）颈廓清对早期舌癌的治疗是必要的。

This article reports 130 patients with carcinoma of the tongue treated with radical neck dissection in the combining therapy.All these patients accepted preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy followed by radical neck dissection.Of the 64 cases of total radical neck dissection,12 cases of bilateral suprahyoid neck dissection and the other 54 cases of unilateral suprahyoid neck dissection were performed.The operative successful rate were 99.32%.This 130 patients with tongue cancer who accepted radical neck dissection had a satisfactory effect,and the five year survival rate was 61.53%.The result of the postoperative pathologic examination and the follow-up showed that prophylactic (selective) neck dissection was necessary in the early stage of tongue cancer.
