实验大、小鼠中淋巴细胞性脉络丛脑膜炎病毒抗体调查

Preliminary investigation of lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus antibody in laboratory mice and rats

用酶联免疫吸附试验技术（ＥＬＩＳＡ），分别对河南医科大学实验动物中心开放饲养的昆明小鼠、ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠、ＮＩＨ小鼠、Ｃ５７ＢＬ小鼠、ＤＢＡ小鼠以及Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠、ＳＤ大鼠共７个品系的实验动物进行了淋巴细胞性脉络丛脑膜炎病毒（ＬＣＭＶ）抗体的检测。７０只被检动物血清中ＬＣＭＶ抗体均为阴性。结果证实，该中心所饲养的七个品系的实验大、小鼠均未受到ＬＣＭ病毒的感染。

Enzyme linked Immunosorbent Assay was used to inspect the antibody of lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus in Kunming,BALB/c,NIH,C57BL,DBA mice and in Wistar,SD rats which were raised in the Experimental Animal Centre of Henan Medical University.The antibody in the serum of LCMV was negative in the seventy animals inspected.The result confirmed that the seven breeds of mice and rats hadnt been infected by LCM virus.
