大学生志愿者行动存在的问题及应对思路

The Existent Problems in Activities of University Student Volunteers and the Countermeasures

大学生志愿者行动经过十几年的发展取得了重大的成就,但也存在明显的不足,比如:管理的行政化色彩过于浓厚、服务水平还有较大的差距、志愿者素质有待提高、学校和社会的支持度不高、保障机制不健全等诸多方面还存在明显的问题。高校要敢于直面这些问题,扬长避短,大胆探索,努力推动大学生志愿者行动的健康发展。

Great achievements have been made in the activities of university student volunteers in the past decade. However, there also exist some obvious inadequacies, such as too heavy tint of administrative management, great distance to good service, poor quality of the volunteers, lack of support from university authorities and the society, imperfect insurance mechanism etc. Universities should face these problems, carry on advantages and avoid disadvantages so as to promote the healthy development of the activities of university student volunteers.
