摘要
目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)对大鼠空间学习记忆能力的影响。方法应用Morris水迷宫检测并比较对照组和rTMS处理组空间学习记忆能力的变化。结果定位航行实验中rTMS处理组的潜伏期比相应对照组延长,具有统计学意义。rTMS处理组的中环游泳时间/总时间、中环游泳距离/总距离、平台象限游泳距离/总距离、平台象限游泳时间/总时间比对照组减少,但无统计学意义。空间搜索实验中rTMS处理组经过原平台的次数、中环游泳时间/总时间、中环游泳距离/总距离、原平台象限游泳距离/总距离、原平台象限游泳时间/总时间与相应对照组均无统计学意义。结论rTMS减弱了大鼠空间学习能力,但对大鼠的空间记忆能力无显著作用。
Objective To determine the effect of rTMS on spatial learning and memory in rats. Method The changes of spatial learning and memory in rats of rTMS group and control group were observed with Morris water maze. Results In the fixed position location navigation trail, the latency of exposure of rTMS group increased significantly compared with control group. The percentages of the time and distance spent in the middle and platform quadrant of rTMS group displayed no significant difference from control group. In the spatial explore trail, there were no significant difference between exposure of rTMS group and control group in the times of covering the site where the former platform was placed, in the percentages of platform quadrant swimming path and time, and in the percentages of middle link swimming path and time. Conclusion rTMS could influence spatial learning capability, but has no significant effect on spatial memory in rats.
