麦冬养阴作用的实验探讨

Experimental Research on the yin-nourishing Effect of Ophiopogonis Japonicus

本文根据临床阴虚型冠心病者的表现,设计了一些指标对麦冬的养阴作用作进一步的实验探讨。结果表明:麦冬对正常家兔有降低血浆纤维蛋白原含量,降低红细胞电泳率,抑制血小板聚集,提高血浆中6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-Keto-PGF_(1α))的含量,增加PGI_2/TXA_2的比率,降低血清甘油三酯和尿中3-甲氧-4-羟扁桃酸(VMA)的含量,这些作用可认为是麦冬养阴作用的一些药理基础,对防止血管内血栓形成,动脉粥样硬化是有益的,这表明麦冬对防治阴虚病人,特别是那些有冠心病、脑血栓栓塞症的患者可能有利。

An experiment was carried out for studying the effect of nourishing yin of a herbal drug—Ophiopogonis Japonicus and some indices were designed based on the manifestations of the patients with coronary heart disease of yin-deficiency type. The results showed that Ophiopogonis Japonicus decreased plasma fibrinogen content, lowered the erythrocyte electrophoretic rate, inhibited platelet aggregation, increased 6-keto-PGF_(1a), content in plasma, improved the ratio of PGI_2/TXA_2, reduced VMA excretion in urine and decreased serum triglyceride level. The above-mentioned results may be considered as a part of pharmacological basis of yin-nourishing effect of the drug. This suggests that Ophiopogonis Japonicus is effective for the prevention and treatment of yin-deficiency, especially for the patients with coronary heart disease or cerebrovascular thrombosis of yindeficiency type.
