摘要
目的应用反相高效液相色谱法测定单体绿原酸的含量。方法流动相:0.1%甲酸-乙腈(92:8)(pH2.6),色谱柱:C18(250×4.6mm,5μm),测定波长:323nm。结果绿原酸在2.50μg.ml-1~125.00μg.ml-1范围内线性良好,平均回收率为100.9%。结论该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To determinate the content of CHA for high - purified raw materials by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods HPLC condition was C18 column (250 × 4.6 ram, 5μm) with the mixture of acetonitrilewater ( containing 0.1% formic acid) (92:8) (pH2.6) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min^-1 with the detection wavelength at 323 nm. Results The method proved to be linear over the range of 2.50/μg·ml^-1 - 125.00μg·ml^-1. The average recovery of the assay was 100.9 %. Conclusion The method appeared to be simple, reliable and accurate, and it could be used for the quality control of the preparation.
