摘要 过渡金属钯催化的Suzuki反应是碳-碳偶联反应中最重要的反应之一.绿色化学是当前化学领域研究的热点和前沿,水由于具有无毒、便宜易得等特点,是理想的绿色溶剂.在水中加入TBAB作为助剂,可以有效地提高氯苯的反应活性,近年来在水-TBAB体系中进行Suzuki反应受到广泛关注并取得了一定进展.文章就近几年水-TBAB体系中的Suzuki反应进行了综述. The palladium-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reaction is one of the most important methods of modern organic synthesis. The use of environmentally benign solvent instead of traditional organic solvents is the important and efficient strategy in green chemistry. Water is a promising green solvent for use in chemistry because it is cheap, readily available, and nontoxic. Suzuki cross-coupling reactions in H2O-TBAB system have received much recent attention. This paper reports the recent development of Suzuki cross-coupling reactions in H2O-TBAB system.
