Proteoglycans (PGs ) are closely related to tumour , especially malignant tumour. In tumour tissues , quantitative and qualitative changes of PGs have been widely investigated and some common views are summarized PGs and their complex changes in tumour have great influence on the procession of tumour , in recent years , the correspondant mechanisms have been partly elaborated and some intriguing results were obtained.
