摘要
通过总结５年来的实验结果和１１０篇统计文献报道的结果，阐明了ＳＳＣＰ适用于能够引起ＤＮＡ单链中发夹结构改变的突变的检出，并据此提出ＳＳＣＰ实验原则。
By analyses of our experimental results accumulated in the past 5 years as well as the reported results published in 1 1 0 papers , the following is pin-pointed , SSCP method is suitable to reveal the mutation which can change the hair-pin-loop structure of DNA single strand. Accordingly some principles for SSCP experiment have been prolosed.
