微型钛螺钉内固定加脱钙人牙基质材料促进陈旧性经舟月骨周围脱位的恢复疗效

摘要 目的:观察脱钙人牙基质材料与骨科植入物内固定治疗促进陈旧性经舟月骨周围脱位恢复的效果,并经远期随访。方法:选择1996-01/2005-10武汉市普爱医院8例陈旧性经舟月骨周围脱位病例,采用复位后微型钛螺钉内固定加脱钙人牙基质材料植入治疗。术后随访8周至3年。患者腕部功能采用Maya Modified Wrist Score法进行评估,优秀为91~100分;良好为80~90分;尚可为65~79分;差为<64分。结果:8例陈旧性经舟月骨周围脱位的舟骨骨折全部骨性愈合。优秀2例,良好3例,尚可2例,差1例。结论:微型钛螺钉内固定加脱钙人牙基质材料植骨操作简单,提高骨折愈合率,促进腕关节功能恢复,是促进陈旧性经舟月骨周围脱位恢复的一种有效方法。 AIM: To observe the internal fixation with decalcified human dentine matrix material and orthopedic implant for the treatment of old trans-scaphoid perilunar dislocation. METHODS: Eight cases of old trans-scaphoid perilunar dislocation, who were treated with decalcified human dentine matrix graft following internal fixation of Titanium micro-screw after reduction in Pu'ai Hospital of Wuhan City, were selected from January 1996 to October 2005. The patients were followed up for 8 weeks to 3 years. Their wrist function was evaluated by Maya Modified Wrist Score, in which 91-100 marks were scored excellent, 80-90 scored good, 65-79 scored common, and 〈 64 scored poor. RESULTS: All cases of old trans-scaphoid perilunar dislocation healed, of which there were 2 cases scored excellent, 3 very good, 2 common and 1 poor. CONCLUSION: This operative technique of internal fixation of Titanium micro-screw plus decalcified human dentine matrix graft is easy to manipulate, and can improve bone healing and promote the recovery of wrist function. It is an effective way to treat old trans-scaphoid perilunar dislocation.
