体表结肠电检测分析方法的基础及应用研究 被引量:13

摘要 微电脑胃肠电检测分析系统内设2~15周/分钟宽通带滤波器,可四道同步描笔记录和计算机采集体表结肠电。信号以快速富立叶变换作频谱分析和组叠加平均处理。临床观测发现:1.空腹时正常成人体表结肠电主要在低频范围(2.5~7.5周/分钟),其幅值在餐后明显增高,并出现较高频活动(8~13周/分钟),这种餐后反应持续约15分钟;2.慢性结肠炎和肠激惹综合征患者常有体表结肠电紊乱,表现为频率、活动量、餐后反应强度或时间的改变;3.祖国医学肝脾大肠虚实辨证及腹痛、大便改变症候群与不同结肠电异常类型有密切的相应关系。本文还报告钡灌肠X片上各段结肠的形态和体表投影,并结合结肠电实测结果提出升降乙状结肠肠电图体表引导电极的适宜位置。 The Microcomputer Detect-analying System for Electric Activity of Gastrointestinal Tract includes 1.5~15 cyclea/min banfilters, 4-channel pen-recorders and computer samples of electrocolonograms. The messages were analysed by means of fast fourier transform to make frequency spectrums and group average spectrum was made The results showed in normal adults, fasting ECoGs were on lower frequency (LF) range (2-8 cycles/min); after meal, the amplitudes of LF elements increased significantly and higher frequency elements (8.5-13 cycles/min) arose. The changes of ECoG in patients with irritable bowel syndrome and symptoms of stool disorders are also reported in the paper. According to survey of gastrointestinal X-ray photos and comparison of electrophysiologic examinations, suitable positions of abdomen surface for electrodes of ECoG are put forward.
