摘要 目的:观察N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)表达的影响及对气道重塑的改善,探讨NAC治疗COPD的临床疗效和作用机制。方法:COPD患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察其治疗前后临床症状、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)/用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1占预计值的百分比和血丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平及气道上皮细胞TGF-β1表达的变化情况,并与20名健康成年人作比较。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组肺功能指标和血MDA、SOD活性明显改善,TGF-β1的表达减少。结论:NAC可通过减少COPD患者TGF-β1的表达而改善气道重塑,改善肺功能。 Objective:To study the mechanism and therapeutic effect of NAC by investigating its improvement in TGF-β1 expression and airway remolding in COPD.Method:60 COPD patients were randomly divided into two group, 30 as NAC treated group, and the other as control group. And 20 healthy people without any pulmonary function damage were taken as healthy control.The clinical symptoms, pulmonary function parameters such as FEV1/FVC, FEV1%, the concentration of blood MDA and SOD, and the expression of TGF-β1 in airway endothelial cell were tested.Result: Compared to the control group, pulmonary function, the blood concentration of MDA and SOD were significantly improved, and the expression of TGF-β1 was decreased.Conclusion:NAC improves pulmonary function and the airway remolding in COPD by decreasing the expression of TGF-β1.
